Hello all- hope everyone is having a good friday. Since my procedure 3 weeks ago, I have had extremely cold extremities, especially in my hands. I've been torturing my dog with attempting to warm my hands:) i never sleep with much on, however I'm now sleeping in sweats, huge socks, an extra blanket and heat cranked up. I probably should not complain, since I used to suffer from awful hot flashes. I do find it very bothersome, and annoying. While driving I crank up the heated seats and rotate sitting on my hands.... Any others have this problem?

No meds

I wish I could say that b/p meds were the culprit, however I'm not on any. I take synthroid, Prilosec, and estrace... Which I have been On all three of these for years. I too have the chilly nose. I am dreeding my heating bill as well. I plan on discussing this with my EP at my next visit.. Nov 11. I woke up today with some nerve pain in my shoulder and crepitus. Not sure what's up there. It's not all bad news, I love having a "normal" heart rate and increased energy!!!

At age 20, I will be getting a pacemaker in few weeks along with an SA node ablation. This opportunity may change a five year prognosis into a normal life span! I look forward to being a little old lady with a wicked cane!
I have them too

and it includes my nose (I guess I would be healthy if I was a puppy). Prior to everything happening, I too had l hot flashes and was never cold. Now my hands, feet and nose are always chilly. Heating bill should be interesting this winter. I have been told my dr. that it is my medication which lowers my bp and hr. Something I guess we have to learn to live with.
By the way, my dog is not happy with me either.
