New to this process

I received my PM late April. It was set at 80BPM - I have three leads - I was told I would get used to it and I think I was getting used to it - except for the shortness of breath on occasion and not sleeping, only with a sleeping aid. I read that they can set a rest # and when I went in for the adjustments two + weeks ago the rep set me at 70 (for rest also) and also adjusted a sensor rate for motion. This was uncomfortable and I went in last week for another adjustment. The third lead was turned off and I was set to 80 again with a rest of 70 and they bumped my motion sensor. Well. this was even more uncomfortable and today - I noticed that while not doing much of anything I would check my BPM and was up to 85 or 95. I went today to adjust again and they put me back to 80, turned off my sensor for motion (I think that is what it's called) and still left me at 70 for rest. That was my choice as I would love to get some unaided sleep. I had that done today... I still notice that mostly at 80 BPM - still I'll go up to 85 - 89 on occasion while not doing much of anything. I am in AF 100% of the time and is this something I just have to get used to. Is it dangerous to go to 85 or 90 when set at 80. I don't recall this happening the first three months of having the PM and only noticed it after adjustments started. Thank you for any support. I hope that I'm being clear. I'm not used to all of the terminology.

HI........ maybe my post above is not clear.
I'm experiencing my BPM race from the 80 setting to to 98 to 80 within a minute or two. Is this normal. I was set at 80 with all three leads on after the implant. At my first adjustment (two and a half weeks ago) they set me at 70 and a 70 rest rate, also boosted my motion response rate and turned off my third lead. That was uncomfortable as I felt my heart beating most of the time. Today they adjusted me again - setting me back to the original settings yet kept me with a 70 rest rate. I'm wondering if it just takes time to readjust. I don't recall having gone to 98 at the original settings prior to adjustments. I hope someone can address this as I'm not used to obsessing like this and I'm feeling anxious when it goes that high. yet maybe it's not that high. help :) .

One week has passed and I must admit that each day I feel a little stronger.
