I don't know where you are located, but I am in the Birmingham area.

I'm very pleased with Cardiovascular Consultants of Alabama, located in Brookwood Hospital. Dr. Michael McKinney is great, and his assistant, Leah Ashworth-Edge is just as good. Extremely knowledgeable, cooperative, competent and they are fun and easy to work with. I'm extremely happy with them. They are willing to listen, share information and work with a patient. Love them. Very positive, upbeat people with a sense of humor. Dr. McKinney did a great job with my implant.

I have no experience or knowledge on their ability as heart surgeons. My experience is with a pacemaker only.
