Feeling cold

Went for my checkup Thursday and the Doc reduced my pulse by 5 bpm and turned off the rate response. I am 100% pacing. I believe he is concerned about the battery life depletion. Anyway, this reduction in bpm has left me fighting to stay warm. I did not expect this as a consequence, but it is very real. My wife says "put on more clothes". That is one of the reasons I love her like I do - such practical advice. :)

My PM keeps me warm

My PM doesn't let my heart rate drop below 60bpm and since I've had it I do feel warmer.
