I have put together an explanation of what is going on during a pacemaker check. It is just aimed at pacemakers not ICD's but when you have an ICD check you have the 'Brady' side of your pacemaker checked too so its till relevant!
Anyway I know you probably wonder what we do when we check your pacemaker so I am sure you are going to enjoy this!

Thank you very much for this. It appears that some people are able to get copies of the reports, but at my clinic we get no info unless we ask or complain, or overhear the discussion between the cardio (if he's there) and the tech, which is often quite cryptic. Knowing what they are checking gives you confidence when they say it's working fine.
