12 days since surgery

I had a pm installed on the 17 th July 2023. Since then I have had intermittent dizziness, as well as feeling light headed and somewhat breathless.
My cardio guy said it is unrelated to the pm! He felt there was another reason. " see me In a month!"
I got glucose tests as advised, they were ok.

I do have the remote device on my phone. It dies do "stuff"

Today has been ok so far. It is funny that it happens in the mornings when I look in the mirror as I shave. Yes, it's the getting up that triggers it, not my face!
Any comments appreciated.

Could it be the rate response since it only happens when you get up? Or are you on any blood pressure medication....that could do it too.

Or....inner ear problems can cause dizziness and when you get dizzy, you get breathless too?

It happens other times too. Yes to BP meds. I have been on them for 20 years.
Yes breathless too, but it only happens after activity..

I walked into the post office today, a short walk. I got the same feeling I described before, BUT no very severe.
Today has been pretty good.
Maybe I am coming out of it?
