ID alert and MRI

Took a little spill last week when I was out running. Kind persons hauled my body off the road and called an ambulance when the bleeding wouldn't stop. I hit hard enough to knock the race cuff off my wrist, with my phone and house key. No ID, insurance card, or pm card. Why would I take those on a run? I think a road ID is a good idea if you don't have an MRI compatible pm. I was still bleeding in the ER, couldn't see through the blood and my glasses got wrecked. They took me to imaging and as dazed as I was I kept saying no MRI! No MRI! They did a CT instead.
This tumble left me with a painful concussion, facial lacerations, abrasions, contusions, and a detached vitreous (part of the eye). Also some wrist, knee, and ankle sprains, wrist and knee abrasions, and contusions on the knee I had surgery on a few weeks ago. I'm getting a road ID solely to let the powers that be know I don't have an MRI compatible pm. BTW, the world still looks pretty good with just a view from the left eye. 7 miles today, no spills:)

Happy Mother's Day

To you too. I remember reading that you lost a daughter. I hope your memories bring you comfort today. They are always with us in our hearts.
My kids suggested a helmet and bubble wrap for Mother's Day gifts. Very funny.

Thanks
