Abdomen

At the moment I have a pacemaker in my tummy and its much more comfortable than when I had them in my chest although now it has flipped so its kind of standing up, so a bit uncomfortable now. It is possible that that I might have it upgraded to a three lead or one with a defib and was wondering in they have to go in your chest or can go in my tummy again??
