Bio not working for me

I am a new member and am trying to fill out my bio, but some answers just won't stick. For example, my device is made by Biotronik, but when I press update it keeps showing up as Boston Scientific. My year of birth keeps showing up as a blank. Am I doing something wrong? Any ideas? Thank you.

I just looked at mine my YOB also ahows blank? But the device does show. So I guess I can not help.

Hi Marinade,
It looks like your device is correct. I have noticed that for some reason every time you try to update your info both the implant year and date of birth go back to blank. Try filling those in again and hitting update. I had to do that a few times. Good luck!

I have had the same problems. I have tried to enter the info for year of implant & year of birth several times over the last few days and when I enter update it always goes blank
