I have had my Boston Scientific PM for a year for SSS and had a question on what I call, for a lack of better words, "episodes". I sometimes get a feeling that is like something washing over my body. Once this passes, I'm left very shaky and weak. Don't remember having this before pacemaker. It can happen at any time. If I'm startled or if I'm just sitting watching TV.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, the last and only time I have been in for a check, the doctor told me a date and time that I was in afib. I checked my calendar and when that was happening, I felt like I had a very bad case of heart burn. This is very different and not painful or anything, just weird. I have noted some time and have an appointment in late May, just thought I would check if anyone else experienced this.
Episodes

Thanks everyone for the advise. I do have to say that I probably confused the issue by talking about the "heartburn". This really was a separate issue from these 'episodes'. At the pacemaker clinic they provided a date and time that I had an irregular heartbeat and after looking at calendar, I realized that when it was happening, I thought I had a case of heartburn. These episodes do not cause any pain or discomfort and last a very short time but after, I am very weak and shaky for a few minutes. I'm documenting when it is happening and will talk with my doctor.

Make a note of the day/time it happens, then they can see if the pm recorded anything at the time. Have you ever had afib?
