Everytime I go to the er though they do ekg's and labs and xrays and I sit strap to a bed with iv's and wires for four hours for them to say everything is fine go see my cardialigist .my son had scratched his eye ball one time I took him to the er the doctor walks in the door and says pink eye from ten feet away. I proceeded to tell him what I thought it was i thought he had scratched his eye ball so he put uv dye in his eye and he had a small scratch on his eye ball. The fricken guy was diagnosing my son from ten feet away.and then the hospital charged me 300 and a seperate bill came from the doctor for 300 its a crime what charge people for medical bills. Even mexico has better health care then the ers here. But to say the least I slept thru the night and I feel great this morning. Thanks again for responding.

I wasn't really self-conscious about it. I didn't even know I had one until around six or seven years old. I just thought I had a rock in my side.

Do they have your icd with a pacemaker? The low setting should be at 60 bpm.
I have a CRT-D and at times I too drop below the low setting. I'm paced 100% of the time.
So yes, you need to be checked ASAP.
