I was advised to take Ciprofloxacin for my enteritis ,it's written in the leaflet that it cause arrhythmia ,is it safe to take it

Apparently there are some weak links between Cipro and the heart and there is evidence that it can prolong the QT intervals in your heart rhythm. ( which potentially can lead to a more serious condition )
If it were me, I would point this out to your Dr ( chances are he won't know ) and ask for something else.
Ciprofloxacin is one of the best antibiotics for enteritis but if the bugs causing it have been identified eg shigella or campylobacter.... then your Dr should be able to choose an alternative antibiotic to get you better.
