It says t here are so many people in the chat room, see names there but no chatting ? Is it that they have not logged out?

The software doesn't refresh in real time so it does not show a current list of who's in there from this screen. If you log in to chat, that list should be accurate.

Not logging off

The list does not get updated if people do not log off properly. So, its possible there was nobody in chat. I recently manually refreshed the list.
