electric fence

I just had one installed (6 weeks ago) and I have already hit the electric fence. Any concerns with this?

Hey there redneck! I was just about to post the same question or you. Hopefully someone will have some advice shortly. In the meantime, I would go ahead and go have your pm read at the pm clinic. Just in case. I hope everything goes well, and that you find rhis site as helpful as I have. Welcome to the club! Talk to you soon, Abelle

I'm typing from my phone, with a sick baby on my lap.

Over ten years ago I was shocked by the horse fence in our yard. It was a scary experience but I felt completely fine within about 2 minutes. If you don't feel fine then I would get checked out but if you feel good I wouldn't worry about. Speaking from personal experience, I don't know what a professional would recommend. Could always call your clinic.

...is where the guy w/ the electric fence story lived. The fence was to keep the wildlife out of the parking lot or yard. Knowing African wildlife, the fence was pretty high & had quite a jolt to it. He survived it w/o any ill effects.

Top right of page search on "Electric Fence." 4th post down list by Stan.

It's a hoot! Head to wet, bare feet on asphalt. 5500volts.

He obviously survived - he wrote about it.
