Just wanted to let you know how it went yesterday!
Everything went A-OK they were able to find one of the problem spots immediately and ablate it. which uncovered another problem which they were able to fix as well. There is a problem on the other side of my heart that they weren't able to get to and in about 3 weeks they're going to run a holter again and see--if i'm still having problems --If they can't get that and I'm still having symptoms They might have to do a PM and drugs --but for now everything seems great. Best thing is I FEEL so much better today than i've felt in a long time. They still want me to take it easy today (i think mostly because of the bleeding potential of the groin where they stuck the catheters) but It's so worth it to feel human again! All and all I guess I was in there for about 4 hours although I remember very little of it. very nausous at the end but they said that was due to a drug they gave me. I remember waking up a few times and they told me continue napping ha!

......................subject to a cash deposit and a good contract...I dont see why all parties might not get all that they wish...
I also misread .."Want new Wife"..but maybe just on a temporary basis.
The old adage.."A change is as good as a rest" might be put to the test here.

Screen name
by kmom - 2013-04-24 05:04:23
I actually chose that screen name on a particularly bad day. I guess Iam gonna have to change it now because I think I really do have a "new life" now) I am really tired this afternoon but no palpatations or fast heartbeats! No pain what so ever and feeling pretty good
Happy to hear your news.

glad you are feeling better. Hope you continue to get on top of your problems.
Whenever I see your sign in name it makes me look hard. The first time I saw you name it looked like wantanewife. (Want a new wife.) Then it dawned on me the faded "l" on my screen should read:- wantanewlife
Just thought a giggle would cheer you up.!
Sincerely Billie

Update again!

My drs office just called and scheduled me for another holter on the 17th this will be great because he'll be able to see if i'm having any problems while i'm working a full 8 hr shift standing on my feet all day! I then see him the following week so we'll see how things are going. I'm feeling better not as lightheaded although a few times i've been a little but not nearly as bad as before the ablation. i'm still getting way tired though and still out of breath alot but that could just be overweight and out of shape!

Great news that you seem to be feeling better, and welcome back to the human race ! Let us know how things are in 3 weeks time.
I mis-read your name at first and thought it was " want a new wife "..... I've got an old wife but she would be new for you !
Someone once said everything in life is negotiable !
