A new meaning to "Twerking"

ok I had my upgrade to a biventricular pm on Tuesday afternoon, and of course, I have "Questions"........the twitching chest spasms aka "twerking" ..what does that mean and will it go away...it is much worse when I am sitting as right now, or in a car.....any opinons or experiences on this would be greatly appreciated and other do's and don'ts that have helped after this procedure!!!

I too get these episodes. Starts as a quick spasm then feels like a vibration or cat purring. I have my follow. Up on Thursday......can't wait to find out. Also sharp pains with deep breath and lastly irregular hr going from 60-120 lasting only approximately a minute . Best of luck
