New PM ok to travel?

PM is only 6 days old. . . no 1st post hospital tech check up. Invited to travel an hour out of town and 2 hrs away from hospital. Safe to go? surgery site is great. Vitals super. You folks in the know, do we go to Easter Sunday afternoon event ? Be sitting around BS ing. . . . .

A bumpy ride might not feel too good and you'll want to be careful not to overdo it with the sore arm, but there's no reason you can't travel. Many people travel to the hospital just to have it done, so they've already traveled home again. Enjoy your trip!

Appreciate the feedback ~ We'd been leaning toward going then Gene had a sneezing spell. I recalled he'd sneezed this a.m. too . . little Easter egg hunters will be there. Decided with the much needed chance of rain as well, we'll beg off,
