Home/Personal ECG/EKG monitor

Hello everyone, I was thinking of buying a home use/personal ECG/EKG monitor to help me undertand what I have better. I just had my PM put in last week. Does anyone have any knowledge of these type of machines as to costs, brand names, reliability, ease of use, analysis of the data etc? Thank you all for any response.

Hi Duke,

You might consider these people http://www.cardiacdirect.com. Looks like they have all sorts of ECG/EKG machines that cost from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars.

As for answers to your other questions, I will refer you to AngrySparrow's comment. From what I can see we can get machines/equipment today that will give us more information about our body than most of us would ever be able to comprehend. As for me, when I am sure I have a problem I'll look up a dr and leaving the "driving to her/him."
