Hello everyone. I am sure there are other members that have gone through the storm also known as the disability process.
I have been denied twice and tomorrow I have a hearing in front of a judge. Please, anyone and everyone, pray and keep your fingers crossed for me.
I am very anxious and about to fall over the edge of the little bit of sanity I have left. Any wishes, prayers and fingers crossed would be greatly appreciated. This has been a long 2 year battle that I hope to win the war tomorrow.

...so I've crossed the fingers of both hands and also knees and eyes. You'd better get it this time, it's hard to move around in this position!!
Anyway, wishing you the best.

Did you have a lawyer representing you?
Sounds like a reasonable judge. Wish I'd been there as a fly on the wall watching.
How long did the hearing take?
Now you can get on w/ your life.

Thank God and everyone else that crossed their fingers, eyes and toes for me because I was granted approval today!!!! Back pay all the way back to the onset of my disability.
Again, thank you.

Nitroglycerin

Hi Nichole,
I got disability the first time I applied. I did wait several years before applying, my heart issues started in 97 & I got my pacer in 2004. I applied in 2012. I think what got me the disability was that I told them that I was taking several nitroglycerin pills a day for angina. I have prinzmetals angina, in addition to other heart issues (tachy-brady, a-fib-etc) but the fact that the nitro dropped my blood pressure & I had to stop and rest made an impact to the worker assigned to my case. I am glad that I wrote it in my application. I listed all my problems but that is what pushed my case into being approved.
Good Luck,
Callalily
