Any new career suggestions following Pm and ICD

My 31 year old son has a PM (5 years ago) and after a lethal arrythmia in 2012 now has a ICD inplant. He is no longer able to work as a carpenter/home renovator and has been in out of hospital 3-4 times each year for further ablations for the past 6 years, surgically repostioning of pacemaker and wires that have come through the skin due to the physical job. He is thinking about taking a course for using heavy equipment and possibly driving a small bobcat or forklift - but I question all the vibrations of heavy equipment. He is due for more ablations as icd has gone off unneccesarily.
Any members have any career suggestions for someone in this position. Anyone had a similar situation and been able to find some sort of work?

consulting or working for a construction company giving bids on jobs. No physical labor that way. I agree the heavy equipment would be to much. Good luck.
