Hi Elle i know the feeling of wanting to do too much too soon im not one for sitting about and this is hard going but we have to behaive to heal correctly lol iv 3 weeks to go and should be given the green light to go and live my life to the full although am sure it to be done gradual this arm been moved but not above shoulder so thats to be built up. we will get there am sure hope your feeling good too. take care kimbo
