hip surgery

hi grateful heart ,had my hip replacement 2 yrs ago feel great after that until i needed a pacemaker. 2 weeks into it now and am feeling 90% good. i was wondering if that little bump will go away in time, help!

First, that's great news that you are feeling so well. That's how it is supposed to work. Good for you!

It's only 2 weeks for you so you are still swollen at the site, at least internally. It can take a few months to completely calm down. After the swelling goes down you will be able to tell better if it is part of your device sticking out or if it lies flat under the skin. Part of my device sticks out now, but not from the original implant, from a lead revision I had. Mine will not flatten any further at this point but small price to pay for feeling so much better.

Thanks for the good report on your hip replacement, that's good to hear.

I read your other post...enjoy that shower. It will be one of the longest ones you take!
