Greetings fellow members...

Hopefully this year will be a wonderful one for us all. I have not posted for a while...lots going on ... but I'm doing well health wise. The 17th of Jan marked 1 year with the PM...so far..so good...The meds I'm taking seem to have controlled the a-fib episodes, ( each 3 month PM "interrogation" has shown improvement ) and I feel lucky & blessed to have had such a good life with the help of the PM. I want to says thanks to all of you for helping me thru a rough beginning...I truly appreciate the support, the information, the caring and genuine concern that members of this club have shown. I have been able to continue doing almost everything I did before the PM implant, and feel extremely fortunate that I have been able to do so...
I have had some issues to deal with along the way, both physical & mental, but remain positive about the future...
(yes Virginia... the glass is half full... )
Make the best of what you have...Life can sometimes be so fleeting...
Try to find some joy and happiness, and share that with the ones you Love...
I'm planning to retire from working in a few months, and I have lots of projects/honey-do lists waiting for me...
and there's the never ending search for that elusive squabbit...!!

Wishing each of you a very Happy New Year, and hopefully many healthy years ahead.

Lubro

Great to hear you are doing so well, Happy 1 Year Anniversary. I just passed 5 years.....time does fly.

Happy and Healthy New Year to you and yours.

Take care,

...................what a coincidence..I had my replacement PM last year on the 17th, and a good year it has been..

Did you ever sort out the Squabbit business ?

We are also kind of neighbours by proxy as my good running girlfriend, Jackie has just moved to Davidson NC

I wish you a great 2014 and look forward to your 2nd anniversary.
