How to find someone else's post/comment if you cannot dredge it up via our own search feature.
There are many of us who have more posts than can be shown by any of the listing features of the site. ElectricFrank, Golden_Snitch & Tracey E come to mind. Their library of comments/posts cannot even be called up by the listing features available to moderators - the system gets confused & gives nothing.
I was squirreling around in Google searching for a comment I wrote sometime in the last two yrs. & was going nuts reading extraneous trash, when I noticed a pattern.
I had given it a few key words to search for. Yes, it found them, but there was so much useless garbage called up among my comments that it was overly laborious. Then I noticed it always said "...comment by Donr..."
Then I gave Google the search words "pacemaker Club, comment by Donr" & voila - there was every comment I ever made. NO extraneous comments by anyone else. Stick in the search string the key words you are looking for & it winnows the heap even more.
If anyone has an easier method, pls tell me. My experience w/ the search function on site has not been very rewarding.

...decided to grow old fighting it all the way.
If you look carefully. there are heel marks in time showing where I was dragged against my will!
Be nice & I just might share a cupful w/ you when I find it.
How 'bout if we create a sign-up list for those interested in a cupful? You can manage it.
