leads again?

Hi i had my pm fitted 10 days ago, while in hospital i started to experience severe pain under my breast. It turned out my pm was pacing my diaphragm, so i had another op to move my leads.
all has been well until last night, and i started having pain under my breast again. Pain subsided after taking pain meds. Today i have pain in my chest, which feels worse if i lean over, at times i burp alot then i get pain. I don't believe its wind as it feels strange.
could my leads have moved again?
luckily i have an appointment tomorrow for a pm check so i will tell them all this.
in just really worried incase this means the leads have moved again as i really don't want op number 3.
