heart tape results

i have just had the results of my 72 hour tape that i had before Christmas, could anybody tell me if it means i will need a pacemaker, meds or nothing.

it showed sinus rhythm all through but there were some episodes of 2:1 AV block and complete heart block. I had nine short runs of superaventricular tachycardia. Six episodes of cardiac pauses,the longest being 2.53 seconds.

i am due to see a cardiologist in 2 weeks, due to a cancellation.(appointment was originally march).
