Guns in the USA

ReWired, et al: I have deleted the original post, without prejudice. Ian's post yesterday was deleted, along w/ all the following comments, after the tenor of the follow on comments indicated that a full-fledged name calling & flame war was about to ensue.

I asked that any "Hate Mail" you had for me be sent via PM. I received no msgs that I categorized as "Hate Mail," however, I rec'd one from a Connecticut resident of a town not far from the massacre site. That member echoed what I said - that this is no time for debate & criticism. The rest of us think we know what they are going through, but unless we have experienced the same magnitude of horror, we do not.

Therefore, today's post was also removed.

Again, it is my judgment call, based on our discussion among Moderators yesterday. If you are displeased, let's keep it in the Pvt Msg system. With all the invective & political argument in the broadcast & print media, we should allow those directly affected who have PM's enjoy peace on this site.
