Can anyone tell me why it is not recommended to listen to this music if you have a pacemaker?
Kind regards

Pacemakers are very reliable devices.
Struck by lightening

Having used the Monroe Institute's Hemi-sync recordings, I am familiar with binaural beats, and the claims made for them.
I'm no authority, but here's what I think: The precautions are written by lawyers who have very little idea of what a pacemaker is or how it works.
The chance that listening to binaural beats could trigger a "dangerous" rhythm would be far greater for the person with an undiagnosed rhythm disorder than someone with a PM. Which is to say one in several gazillions.
But does the warning say anything about undiagnosed rhythm disorders? No. In fact, there is not one shred of evidence, not even anecdotal, linking binaural beats to arrythmias.
If you need to take precautions about something, start with being struck by lightening. It's far more likely, and you know what lightening will do to your heart.
