LIPO shot

Good afternoon has anyone tried the LIPO shot for weight loss. If so what was the outcome and did it mess with the heart.

You may want to do some research on Adenosine and since all these shots are different, research exactly what is in them. Personally, I wouldnt go near Adenosine period.

Years ago I went to metabolic research and did their diet program without supplements (except for flax) and no shots. I lost 40lbs quick...very quick and I felt fantastic. Not only that but I retained the eating habits I still carry with me. Please research and don't settle for the simple cure. Do yourself a favor and decide on a lifestyle change. Right now, I'm in the same boat. Ive gotten out of shape over the past two years because I couldnt do anything. I need a major overhaul but a lifestyle overhaul. I've already lost 8lbs just being more active in the past month. Just normal everyday choices, no big exercise program or anything. Just better choices.

I was lucky to find a market that deals in great food. No hormones and garbage. To my surprise, their prices are lower because many are local. Their meats have none of the additives and prices are great as well. Since I'm in Florida, the fish markets are pretty easy to find. I will admit to breaking down and buying fish at the supermarket..and you know, I always regret it. I've started grinding my own meat which has made a huge difference. What goes in my body has just been one more thing I have taken control of since my PM and my family is benefiting as well.

I wish there was a quick cure!! In fact, I told the hair stylist yesterday "if you have a haircut that will make me look 20 again, I will take two!" Sadly, nope. No quick cures.
