Hello pacer friends:
I've been using my reversed traction machine for a long time prior to my PM implantation. Does anybody know if i'm allowed to use it with my PM?
I appreciate any information.
Happy Holidays

Thank you so much Hurtheart:
What you said definitely makes sense, and I'll take my time to start heavy exercises and lifting weights. I wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New year.

INVERSION TABLE

Thank you ANGRYSPARROW for responding, I have a TEETER HANG UPS INVERSION TABLE, which I've been using for over 10 years. It helps the back pain, back spasm, lumbar disc, etceteras .
When used fully, I'm completely hung up by my ankles, and I'm sure my heart would move slightly toward my head by the force of gravity. I have not started any heavy lifting as yet because, I have had my PM only for almost 3 weeks. I was just concerned as you are, if reversed traction would cause the leads to fold or bend slightly, or be dislodged.
My next visit with the EP is on late January and I'll ask him about it. Thanks
