Good Job Don!

I was going to mention the same thing Don did. I'm not sure how new to the PM you are, or how many changes they've made to your settings, but this very well could be a Rate Response issue. Do ask your PM tech.
I was also thinking, is there anything at all, in the car that's near you that may possibly have a magnet in it. It could be anything like a purse, the seatbelt, a pin or name tag you're wearing, something in the door console, a coat you're wearing, etc. Anything? Check everything. Some magnets can do some weird things too if they're close to your PM.
Good luck figuring this out. I hope you find an answer soon.
You know you're wired when...
You prefer rechargeable batteries.

Nissan Sentra Effects PM

G: Most likely not. Ignitions are so high strength these days that the system has to be shielded so it does NOT interfere w/ AM radio. Radios are far more sensitive then PM's to interference. Unless your car radio, when on the AM band, is totally overpowered w/ static, you are in good shape.
The alternator is the only other source of electromagnetic fields of any significance in the engine compartment, & they are the wrong frequency to radiate, so will not affect your PM.
There are many of us who work on running gasoline engines w/ our torsos right over the ignition systems w/o feeling any adverse effects.
Now - you are a new host to a PM, so you may be encountering a part of your PM called the "Rate Response" capability. Don't know why you have a PM, but for some purposes, the RR is turned on & it increases your heart rate based upon the level of activity it senses from body movement - which can include vibration from the roads & bumps along the roads. The RR function can be adjusted if necessary to preclude this kind of interference.
Welcome aboard!
