odd feeling

Hi everyone can anyone tell me what the floating feeling could be i keep getting i v been feeling this on and off now for a few weeks and can happen at any time its as if im floating on air spaced out and woozy it does pass off after a few mins but can come back moments after. I can get it when sat down or if im up and about i work on a ward on a tue as a voulenteer its a 4 hour shift on my feet the whole time and its happend while i was there thought i was going to hit the floor did it last week on the ward too, also i can be walking round the supermarket and can get the same sensation, my bp always rides low just wondered if it could be that, my pm is set at 60bpm low rate not RR as my heart can increase itself iv also had this feeling while working out in the gym on the treadmill. Can anyone shine a light on this??

but that sounds like the feeling I get when the tech is interrogating my PM and turns the rate down or off. I've never had this feeling at any other time, so can't be sure that's what you're having. Some of the more experienced folks here will probably come up with something more.

Hi thanks for your comments im on no medication for my heart just lazoprazol for reflux. Not sure what this feeling is caused by but had it again this morn in the gym almost feels like ya falling or gunna hit floor face down wierd my hr responds to excerise so not as if its because my hr is too slow any way pm should sort that out if it was that which i dont think it is.

I used to get that floating feeling. I called it feeling a little woozy. I don't know if it's the same as yours. I'd get it off and on. It didn't seem to matter if I was working out or resting. I was on Coreg (beta blocker) and I'm sure that's what it was because I had to go off of it (it lowered my already low blood pressure), and I haven't had that feeling since.
I'd say question your meds if you're on any. Otherwise, I don't know what's happening. Good luck to you!
