It is very early in your recovery and takes time like HurtHeart said. It can takes months to calm down and for the device to settle in. Right now I am recovering from hip surgery and at times I feel that stabbing, stinging pain at that incision site. I know for me it's the nerves knitting back together and muscles healing. Sometimes it is very strong, Ouch! Occasionally I will feel it at my ICD incision site, but not often anymore.
Most likely this is what you are feeling. But when in doubt and to ease your mind, you may want to discuss it with your Doctor. When you know what it is you can just deal with it, part of the process.
Hope you feel better soon,

It can get itchy/burny as the nerves knit back together. Also, as we feel better we get more active and can accidentally overdo it a bit and get sore. If it gets significantly worse,is accompanied by fever, new redness or swelling, oozing, those are all signs of infection and should be checked out. When in doubt, call them, they don't mind. But it's most likely perfectly normal!
