pain in left shoulder

I hope someone can help. For the oast 4 days I have had intermittent pain in my keft shoulder/arm. This started after playing with my grandaughter. She hit me in the area of the pacemaker. Should I be worried or is this just temporary.

It's titanium, the pm is fine. Ice should help.

Always be extra wary of pain in the left arm, be sure it's not a coincidence it started after you were hit.

Thanks that helps. This is the first time I have had this problem. My granddaughter is only 3 so I am thinking she just made the muscle sore.
