left arm swelling

Having my PM for almost 2 years now. Adjusting well, but have noticed that my left arm, (the side of my PM) is swollen. Not sure if it is PM insertion related. I do get funny twitching, spasm type feeling in my left shoulder. Measuring my bicep and forearm and they are 1/2 cm. larger than my right. I am right handed. Anyone out there in PM land have this problem. There is no pain in my arm. The doctor said that he will be sending my for a nerve study.

Odds are it's not the pm after all this time but a nerve study sounds like a good pace to start. Have they ruled out clots? Good luck!
