I am in my 4th mo. of having a PC for my heart sensors otherwise the heart is fine.  I am 86 so am told everthing is great.  I think that means that "you are still alive so what more do you want ?"  If you have friends in your age group that have a PM, that helps (most of mine are dead so it makes it harder)  I have wondered how many of us have had our BP drugs increased.  This can cause these problems and I think with the PC all your senses are more intense.  You need to see a holistic dr that covers info on nutrition, and the effects on your body such as suger that seems to increase pain etc.   Also get massages, acupunture, see the chiopractor for an adjustment if needed.  These will all help in improving circulation, less pain, and encourage the healing process.  Also,  the hardest, relax, take naps, get rest, listen to your body and lie down whenever things start to act up.  I really think that since we are all different, there is a lot of trial and error.  Take as few meds as you can and always try to cut back if you can on any that say they bring on dizzyness etc. which are most.  The more pills, bad nutrition, lack of rest, anxiety, the harder for your body to heal itself.  Remember, you have had major surgery.  Don't push yourself,  none of us are 19 anymore so remember that.  This is my biggest problem.  I don't have patience with myself like I should.  Total recovery can take a lot of time, maybe a year or more.  Just be aware of what your body is telling you, keep positive thinking.   Don't listen to those that say "just push yourself" and all will be better.  That is unless you are 19.
