restless

Has anyone felt restless/anxious/antsy at times post PM. I can't sit still sometimes. I'm not sure what causes this, I'm not in pain/tired. Sometimes I will get flushed in the face or my hand will be really cold. Anyone else have weird feelings like these?

I had a lot more energy after the pm than before, so I didn't sit as much as I did, but not really restless, how long since you had yours done ?

I get times when I cannot settle to anything and feel up tight. I was interested in Angry sparrow's answer about being cold. . I often feel cold and even in summer have to pull the cover over if I go for a nap. It is a cold that comes from within. I go through phases of not being able to sleep and now I get up and get on with somethign. No use laying there, might as well do something useful and have a nap when required. It is like my body dictates the tempo now. As I am heading for 71 years I feel that it is my perogative to do what I want. What is left of my life is mine so to say. I know that sounds selfish but so long as others are not hurt by my actions I feel comfortable with my own decisions.
