Had my second round of Botox for chronic migraines, Doc told me one of the side affects is nerve pains in odd places. Well yesterday I started having that sharp zing down the inside of my left arm it was pulsing with my heart beat, yes I checked it , about an hour later did it again, made my arm twich. If he hadn't warned me I would have been to the ER. wounder if Botox has an effect on bodies electrical system? At this point still have migraine but once it kicks in will be clear for 6 to 8 weeks it is glory. My PM is my little wonder, no matter what it keeps pacing along. Have had it tweaked about 4 times, can't go in with a migraine, did once and agreed to whatever they said, when my head cleared and i tried do do stuff I was in trouble had to call and go back in, same RN she got mad at me. I said I told you I had a migraine, she slammed out and sent in a different tech, worked out good for me. CAAP is great,all that good advice was right. Sorry so long winded on pain med for migraine, doesn't make headache go away, helps me be able to function. Thank you all Jean
