Hi Abi,
I have since had 2tattoos since having my pm in April 2008, and I plan on having another soon.
I think this is fine to do so...as long as you trust the tattooist (you know their hygiene is top notch etc) also as long as your not on any meds that thin the blood etc it should be good to go!

I have had a pacemaker since 2005 and have had at least 14 tats done since then while on coumadin as well i never had any problems at all

I spent several hours yesterday working on my Jeep. All the pulling and tugging on wrenches plus in and out from under it has me more sore today than I was after my implant. (:
