fluttering and chest discomfort

I have had my pacemaker now since Sept. 2011. Have had no problems at all and was feeling great and active again with the afib gone. Then in the last month this light fluttering came up (mostly in bed) and a discomfort in the chest. Last night the fluttering kept waking me up. I don't feel it during the day due to, I believe, being active most of the time. My next Dr. appt is not until the spring of 2013 so I found this site and have been enlightened that it does exist. I believe now a call to the Dr. is in order to enquire about it. Tks for all the comments.
