im wondering what sick-sinus syndrome is can anyone explain what this is im trying to learn as much as i can as drs dont explain much ive recently had pm was told i had blocked heart im still dizzy on medication for this and going to see ent specialist it may be middle-ear problem the dizziness thanks to everyone on this site youve been great !

SSS is when the sinus node dysfunctions, either letting the rate go too low or not going up as needed for activity. It's unrelated to av block, which is when the sinus node works fine but the signal never gets to the ventricles to beat.
