So just watched the first episode of the new series the following. Kevin bacon is the lead actor and it was said he has a pacemaker. Guess the villan stabbed him in his heart and messed up his electrical system. They made a few references to his heart throughout the show. Interesting. Have to see if they ever show a fake pm scar.

has just started on one of our satellite channels here in UK.

But after the second series of Homeland where the VP was killed by a remote attack on his pacemaker I'm not so sure I really need to watch it.

Ok, so I watched it again,liking the on demand feature we have for a short time.
I watched the beginning again,as I missed a minute or two on the original night.
I saw the shower scene,when they show the pacemaker,which I suppose for a television series looked pretty real,I dont know what other peoples site look like,in the series scene,Kevin Bacon's "pacemaker" really was prominate,guess to make it look like he has one,its what they had to do.
Still, I think it will be interesting that the character has a PM,and the references they occasionally make are interesting.Hope the series stays interesting,so far I like it!
I havent seen Homeland,so wasnt aware of what happened to the VP in it,thats freaky,taking out an official by using the PM .Hmmmmmmm........hope I dont have any high tech enemies!
