Also look into crystal gem stones like agate and fluorite to help to heal - don't knock it 'till you try it. Look at other gem stones that you may like to heal your body/chakra - they have also helped me to stay strong and give confidence. I would say try anything that you fell comfortable in doing to help the illness, dig into the net that has a lot of info on this matter. I hope that helps and avoid negative areas/situations.

I hope you don't believe everything you read on the net; there is a lot of crap being peddled out there, much of it aimed at relieving us of our hard-earned cash !

........ but if you BELIEVE that something is good for you, ( even though there is no evidence whatsoever that it is ) then it may make you feel better. This is the well-known
" Placebo Effect" . Please read about it and you may end up saving yourself alot of money.
