Yay!!

Hi all!

I did the marathon today in 4.30.33 not a great time but hey I finished and loved it even with having cramps from 31ks until the end.
Can't wait for the the next one :)

By the way there's a crazy UK guy who lives in Newark and will no doubt be messaging you soon. Apparently he's been walking around with a slogan about Australian poultry
on his arm. It takes all sorts !

4.30 looks pretty good to me for a first Marathon....10-ish minute miles is a good sustainable pace.

I see that you have been contacted by a crazy UK guy that lives in Berkshire....IAN MC is in fact my identical twin brother who was , incredibly, born ten years before me.
