Happy birthday to me!!

Happy birthday to my little Pacemaker, has kept me going this past year, also a year without the ciggies, though don’t feel any better for not having them….. I do miss them!!

Thank you for the good wishes, and yes I know smoking is not good, however, I really do miss them, I loved my ciggie, would you believe some nights I still dream that I am smoking, I suppose it's better in dreams than the real thing, I also have saved a fortune this passed year!!
And no I don't think I will start again.

Way to go,a year without smoking,good for you!
I bet you do feel better,foods better and you can smell things better,quite an accomplishment at any rate.

Well done on the ciggies, l stopped over 20yrs ago & still occasionally have one in my dreams!!!
lt is tough but you are over the worst now.

just wanted to say that i have copd from chronic bronchitus. it is sad state of affairs when we do this to our bodies over time. just know that you are not going down my road. so be proud you quit early in life. i too loved my ciggies but never get a craving now. it disgusts me. jessie
