Blood fizzing around my veins

Hi, I don't know which forum to post this in, please bear with me.

I had my P/M fitted in November 2011. For the last 3 months I have had periodic waking from sleep feeling like my blood is fizzing around my veins. I have a tremendous urge to bear down (like being in labour), and I feel nauseous and dizzy - my P/M has been interrogated and adjusted to allow me to do more without pacing, but no other problems were found. My P/M site has always been sore (but not red, hot or swollen) and the vein leading from the leads sometimes hurts. Could this 'fizzing' be anything to do with my pacemaker?

This sounds most odd to me. I think it would be good to go to your GP and tell him in case it is something completely unrelated.
Hopefully other members here will have an idea.

I'm 35 and got my pacemaker a little over a year ago. It definitely is not a burden to me. In fact, I have more energy (which my husband enjoys), can do more things with my kids and have weight because of having the energy.
