A long story made shorter is below. I am frequently dizzy and somewhat confused .. My pulse can be normal when this occurs. My blood pressure is not necessarily high at my usual 149/75 or so or can plunge suddenly with an evert. I have a pacemaker which has a low of 60 bpm. I have near ideal lab results with no out of normal readings on very extensive testing. I have failed a tilt table test passing out at 24 minutes and wear compression 20/30 stockings. The sox do not seem to be effective. Have normal cat scan and Pet scan results. My heart arteries were checked and were virtually totally clear. My cardio guy says I do not have a heart problem. My docs are all saying I at 81 have the heart and tone of a much younger person.I do workout, mostly aerobic, but have discovered I cannot get stronger and am on a plateau for several months. Seeking ideas to pursue as options.

ENT to r/o possible problem w/inner ear? Was the CT of your brain? I'm sure someone has checked your orthostatic pressures? If your cardiologist doesn't think it is your heart he/she should be able to direct you toward the next step. Take care of yourself & keep on them. You are your own best advocate!

Could be a-fib

Could be a-fib. My wife was in a-fib for 5 days and didn't know it. Your pulse can be "normal" - although that's rare.
I'd go back to the cardio guy and see if he'll have you wear a monitor. Something's going on and you need to have it checked out. Maybe not heart, but something. Please get yourself checked out.
