Inotropic therapy

Hi everyone thanks so much for yesterday's support, I got a phone called and e-mail from my doctors about what is coming up for me on Wednsday 23rd of April; I am having a Inotropic therpay or in other name is heart pump medication; their are putting in a intravenous catheter line with a infusion pump, because of my heart being so weak, I am one step from a heart transplant, I have gone into stage 4 heart failure, to ensure my life this must be done. These are the medications their are going to use;
dobutammine (dobutrex)

You've had a lot to deal with, Carolann. I am a newbie and don't have a lot of problems other than electrical conduction issues.

That said, I want to learn and your post yesterday was so interesting, as it today's follow-up. I cannot really imagine all that you're going through.

You are a brave woman and I want to thank you for being so open about all that's happening. Please keep us in the loop. And I will pray for a safe, successful time in the hospital.
