Hi everyone...I have another question..Today my pacemaker-defib feels like it is popped up highter than usual...Why would it do that? I can really see it today and it has pains around it
It feels tight and hurts some too.I am still feeling the thumping every once in awhile which the rep has tried 2 times to correct that as he said it is a lead laying on the dyaphram.so guess its back to the rep to adjust again..I can also feel my heartrate and before going to be checked by the rep a couple weeks ago I felt nothing and would actually forget the pacemaker defib was evne there..But I sure know it is tonight...its sticking out really bad So I guess the pacemaker defib movers???
Any comments about this and maybe what is going on with me....thank you

Hi! Anniesu, From your post, you seem to feel your ICD is out of position, and you mentioned pain among other symptoms you are experiencing. On my second ICD, and while mine have been slightly more noticeable at times, I think from your post, you are experiencing a change that needs medical evaluation. Please don't delay. Keep us posted. Hopeful Heart

I WAS TOLD THE SAME THING....
I COULD FEEL MY PACER GOING FLIB - FLOB.
THEY TOLD ME THE LEAD WAS TOO CLOSE TO MY DIAPHRAM. AFTER A COUPLE OF YEARS BELIEVING THAT....I FINALLY FOUND OUT THEY ARE EITHER PVC'S OR PAC'S....
MY PACER IS ALSO VERY VISIBLE.
BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE MUCH MEAT ON MY BONES...
IF YOU THINK YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE SOME SORT OF OVEREXERTION TO THAT AREA....THAT COULD BE ONE REASON I GUESS, BUT I WOULD CHECK WITH YOUR DOC.
REGARDS....
