I have been so crazy lately Idk maybe because I am getting older 36 ywars old and have had my pacemaker's (3) 92,2002, 2006 for over 21 years . I have never felt deperessed or anything that I can remember .Anyways lately I feel like I am on barrowed time, I just can't shake it .. Seen the EP yesterday and all is well . I just dont know what to make of these feelings :)

I don't think you're on borrowed time... Especially if they said everything is fine... Did docs say you should have a normal life span? Gosh that's a scary feeling, sorry you feel that way... Have you ever had your leads replaced??

Second lease on life, a second chance... it's not borrowed time! That's how I see it. But it's normal to have days like that, we all have them. I give myself one day to wallow, worry and generally feel sorry for myself, then I give myself a lecture on optimism and get back to my glass being half full and appreciating what I have.

Hi! First of all, I am sorry you are feeling so down recently. Gone are the days when 40 is old and 50 is over the hill. Have you had a recent general physical? Perhaps, your body is talking to you. Have you had a recent loss such as relationship, death, job, etc.? It is easy when we have a device/condition to blame it rather than realize and address other issues. It is normal around your age to start to take inventory of where we are in life and where we want to be. Some start to have feeling of panic and start spinning their wheels. Please don't let that happen to you. Ask yourself some questions. Be honest with yourself and be realistic. Your device is NOT a sentence but a back up for LIVING. I wish you happiness.
